Raising money for Heart of Australia mobile truck clinics and the user group - this will be the must-attend social event on the calendar for the Balonne Shire. Our district has been severley affected by drought and we feel that hosting a community event is a great way to help lift the spirits and bring the community together whilst supporting a service that is cruicial to our region, the Heart of Australia.

The evening will be packed with entertainment, including Will Day band, laser light show and much more. Buses will be available to take people to and from town to keep everyone safe!

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

No, you'll need to purchase them online. If you have difficulty with this method, please contact a club representative. **Update - we will have limited tickets available at the gate for $30ea**

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is parking available at the racecourse and you may leave your vehicle overnight at the owner's risk. We recommend using the bus service that will be in place on the day and into the night.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Either print the ticket or have it on your phone.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No, we will be checking ID so make sure it matches the name you use to purchase the tickets.

How big is this thing going to be?

BIG.. but we will have a cap on ticket numbers due to venue restrictions. Tickets will only be for sale online and will close a few days before NYE. Stay tuned for updates via the FB event page.

The Heart of Australia, or Heart Bus, delivers fortnightly specialist medical investigation and treatment clinics to regional, rural and remote area communities across Queensland, including Dalby, Goondiwindi, Stanthorpe, St George, Charleville, Roma, Emerald, Barcaldine, Longreach, Hughenden, Charters Towers and Moranbah.

The customized road train – a specialist medical clinic-on-wheels – has travelled more than 150,000km on the road covering an area of more than 450,000 square kilometres.
